Route plan: The Lombard Rally is planned to start from Gaydon, south of Warwick on the M40, on Thursday, November 8th, with a "super-special" in the afternoon before cars set out for 4 days of action. No other event offers as much competition or so much real tough endurance rallying. |

|
Day 2: takes in a number of famous venues from the original Lombard RAC Rallies of the 1970s deep into Wales, finishing at Llandrindod Wells.
Day 3: is a full circuit of Wales back to Llandrindod, the Longest Day in British Rallying, and....
Day 4: is a run back through Radnor Forest to the finish and prize-giving party. Over 1,000 miles, over 250 miles of competitive-sections, driving through forests at night, with stately-homes, circuits, farmland, moorland, hillclimbs all thrown in - no service-crews and navigators who have to do just that. No other event offers as much competition or provides so much real tough endurance rallying - the Lombard is unforgettable and unique in British motor-sport.
New feature is an Historics Category running with its own leaderboard over the same route to the same timing, again for cars up to 1400cc that were either four-seaters or coupes... got a Mini Cooper, Lancia Fulvia, Morris Marina, Renault 5, Ford Escort 1.3GT, Alfa 1300, Alfa-Sud, Morris 1300, Vauxhall Chevette or Firenza 1.2, Saab two-stroke, Hillman Imp, and fancy a challenge driving an original and highly-authentic Lombard RAC Rally route? Then this is for you. |
